Episode 75 Lets chat about stress & ideas for stress reduction
Today we chat about stress. Did you stress? I know I certainly do. When do you feel stress? What triggers your stress? What thoughts are you having during stress? Do you ever wonder how much your thoughts have to do with your stress?
Today we look at journalling in order to reduce stress. We Look at negative thought patterns and mapping out how are our thoughts contribute to stress. We look at where are mind is pointing and what control we have over this. We Look at being in the moment and we also look at ruminating and how overthinking thinking can contribute to distress. We also look at the difference between distress and eustress. Yes some stress can be good for us. Its hard to believe isnt?
